The type of housing depends on the person’s needs: Income has no bearing on the choice of living environment. However, an exemption is possible for people who cannot afford public housing.
The Régie de l’assurance maladie du Québec (RAMQ) administers the programs. There are other solutions available—feel free to ask our worker about them.
