Complaints and service improvements

Users are encouraged to submit their complaints or testimonials to the Comissaire aux plaintes et à la qualité des services at the CISSS concerned.

 

CISSS de la Montérégie-Ouest

In addition to receiving complaints about the services offered at their own facilities, the Comissaire aux plaintes et à la qualité des services at the CISSS de la Montérégie-Ouest is also responsible for handling all complaints from the entire Montérégie region concerning: 

  • specialized rehabilitation services for physical and intellectual disabilities (CRDI, SRSOR, CMR);
  • specialized services for autism spectrum disorders (CRDI);
  • addiction services (drugs, alcohol, etc.) (Le Virage, Foster).

CISSS de la Montérégie-Centre

In addition to receiving complaints about the services offered at their own facilities, the Comissaire aux plaintes et à la qualité des services at the CISSS de la Montérégie-Centre is also responsible for handling all complaints from the entire Montérégie region concerning: 

  • private seniors’ residences;
  • community organizations in the area of health and social services;
  • inpatient drug abuse, addictions and gambling rehabilitation centres;
  • pre-hospital emergency services (ambulances);
  • the Institut Nazareth et Louis-Braille.

CISSS de la Montérégie-Est

In addition to receiving complaints about the services offered at their own facilities, the Comissaire aux plaintes et à la qualité des services at the CISSS de la Montérégie-Est is also responsible for handling all complaints from the entire Montérégie region concerning: 

  • The Direction de la protection de la jeunesse (DP) for the Montérégie region.
