No two stroke victims are alike; everyone is affected differently. The needs of the patient and their family evolve over time, depending on where the person lives and how independent they are. It’s not easy to stay abreast of best practices and ways to help stroke victims and their families.
The stroke toolbox contains information on a wide range of stroke-related topics. The content is based on stroke best practice recommendations and was produced in partnership with the three CISSS de la Montérégie and the Association des traumatisés craniocérébraux de la Montérégie (ATCCM).
